Berberine HCL (from Berberis aristata root extract) 500mg

Origine 8 (proprietary blend) 125mg

(75mg phytophare green tea extract, of which catechin EGCG 32mg, and 50mg of phosphatidylcholine complex)

Chromium 25ug

Other ingredients:

Silica, Organic Nu-Rice clear vegetarian capsule.

Recommended use:

Adults and Children over 12 years take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily, before or with meals or as advised by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the reccomended dose.
